The VizMove Projection System was set up for use by Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) communities within Florida and beyond. It will be used to virtually represent Building Information Modeling (BIM) for both commercial and academic purposes. The WorldViz team transformed a classroom-like environment into a state-of-the-art interactive 3D design lab. The system utilizes two ultra-short-throw 3D projectors, PPT motion tracking, and Vizard rendering software.
The OHL School of Construction at Florida International University was successfully provided the value of a “traditional” CAVE system, which can cost hundreds of thousands of dollars, for a fraction of the cost and in a fraction of the time!
