KatwalkVR is an omnidirectional treadmill that lets you walk freely in VR. This brief tutorial will show you how to get it to work with Vizard VR software.
Install and launch SteamVR
Select "inSteam" from the KATWalk menu
Bring up the SteamVR menu to open the KAT Gateway and perform calibration between KATWalk and HMD
Launch Vizard and go to Tools- Vizconnect to launch vizconnect
Use ”Select from some common preset configurations” in the top menu of vizconnect
Select ”HTC Vive hardware and all SteamVR compatible headsets” and Apply Preset.
